Over 50 Concord Runners help Principal in his Fundraising Challenge
Concord Principal Neil Hawkins has over 50 runners marking the celebration of his 50th year in a combined bid to raise £50,000 for UNICEF at the Royal Parks half marathon next month.
Head Prefects for 2016
The new Head Boy and Girl at Concord are only the second students from their respective countries to fill the posts. Thai student Tempy Charoenvasnadumrong, and Audrey Adeline from Indonesia, are both in their second and final year of A level study.
Success in National League Tables
Concord’s outstanding A level results have led to success once again in the national league tables published today. In a table based on data compiled by the ISC (Independent Schools Council) Concord was named as the fourth best independent school in the UK based on points per candidate.
Concord's Director of Summer Courses Retires
Mr. John Leighton has announced his retirement as Director of Summer Courses at Concord, a position he has held since 1998 with student numbers having more than doubled during that time.
Outstanding GCSE Results
Concord’s Lower School students have once again achieved some outstanding GCSE results this summer. Nearly 82% percent of grades awarded to Concord students were A* or A with a superb 47% of grades awarded being A*.
