Leadership

Mr Jeremy Kerslake read Theology at Trinity College, Oxford. He joined Concord in 1995. 

Mr Kerslake is responsible for all aspects of wellbeing at the College, including safeguarding and boarding. He is the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and also the mental health lead at Concord. 

Dr Robert Pugh studied Geography at Hertford College, University of Oxford and then a PhD in Palaeoceanography at the University of Cambridge. He joined Concord in 2008. 

He is responsible for all aspects of the academic life of the College, including teaching and learning, the curriculum and student programmes of study. 

Mr Matthew Hodge studied History at King’s College London. He joined Concord as Bursar in 2023.

Mr Hodge is responsible for the financial aspects of Concord as well as infrastructure and compliance. He also acts as Clerk to the Trustees of the Bell Concord Educational Trust. 

Ms Susan Correll studied her BA in Human Movement Studies at Leeds Beckett University and her CertTESOL and DipTESOL at Trinity College London. She has an MA in Education from the University of Nottingham.

Ms Correll is responsible for all aspects of Lower School life (Forms 3, 4 & 5). She is also a Deputy DSL. 

Mr Daniel Wilson studied Literature at Warwick University, he joined Concord in 2011.

Mr Wilson is responsible for staff training, student registration, student and staff induction and the student prefect team. He leads the staff Teaching & Learning Research group and is a Deputy DSL.

Dr Phil Outram Studied Mathematics and Astrophysics at Cambridge and followed this with a PhD in Observational Cosmology (also at Cambridge). He joined Concord in 2008.

Dr Outram is responsible for the co-curricular enrichment programme and all aspects of internal and external examinations and tests at Concord. He is a Deputy DSL and a Boarding Division Manager

Mrs Diane van Dongen studied Chemistry with German at Kingston and Hanover. She joined Concord in 2018.

She is responsible for all aspects of the university applications process and the College careers programme.
