Support Staff Vacancies
Kitchen Assistant (Term-time only)
We are seeking to appoint a Kitchen Assistant to work in our Catering Department. Reporting to the Executive Chef Manager, the postholder will provide support in the preparation, presentation and serving of food.
Previous experience is not necessary but would be an advantage. The working week is based on 35 hours, to be worked term-time (32 weeks per year) on a rota basis which will include some evening and weekend cover.
In addition to a competitive salary, other benefits include the provision of lunch when on duty, a defined contribution pension scheme, income protection and life assurance schemes.

Domestic Assistant
We are seeking to appoint a Domestic Assistant to work in our Domestic Services Department to enhance the daily delivery of our exceptional cleanliness standards across the campus. Working as part of a team of around 40 Domestic staff, each team member takes responsibility for a specific area, classrooms, boarding residencies, laundry, offices etc to aid motivation.
Previous experience is not necessary but would be an advantage. Working hours are Monday to Friday 7.00am to 3.45pm with an unpaid 15-minute tea break and an unpaid 30-minute lunch break each day (total: 40 hours per week).
The rate of pay is £12.87 per hour. Concord College offers a range of other benefits, including participation in a defined contribution pension scheme with employer contribution, an Employee Assistance Programme, life assurance cover, a cash health plan, free parking, income protection and reduced school fees (subject to your child being awarded a place at Concord College). You will also be entitled to a complimentary meal when the kitchen is in operation.

Weekend Duty Porter
Weekend Duty Porters are responsible for the security of the campus and the supervision and pastoral care of the students. This role includes registering students at specified times of the day, driving college vehicles to locations and when external medical help is needed, acting Duty Fire Officer and a wide variety of other duties.
The successful candidate will be knowledgeable, personable and possess a real drive to deliver the best possible pastoral care to our students. A full clean driving licence is essential for this post.
The post holder will be expected to contribute to and promote the College’s ethos of dedication, decency, trust and mutual respect.
Working hours are 7am to 2pm each Saturday & 7am to 2.45pm each Sunday (total: 13.75)

Concord College International School Malaysia
Concord College International School Malaysia (CCIS) opened in September 2024. It is a new boarding British International school for students aged 5 to 18 following in the successful footsteps of our sister school, Concord College, UK.

Shanghai Concord Bilingual Schools
Shanghai Concord Bilingual School (SCBS) Puxi was the first bilingual private school in the Huangpu District, the heart of Shanghai. The school opened its doors in September 2017 to Middle and High School students with the Primary School following in September 2018. Student numbers have expanded and the Primary School is now situated on its own separate site.
The aim of the school is to create a place of learning where students can flourish in a supportive atmosphere of harmony, trust, and decency; whilst committed to striving for academic excellence at every level. The courses offered incorporate the traditional Chinese curriculum in a bilingual environment, whilst also offering students IGCSE and A levels, with the intention of preparing students for entry into the top universities throughout the world.
In September 2023 SCBS Pudong opened on a 10 acre campus with impressive state of the art facilities. The education at the school is modelled on its sister school SCBS Puxi. SCBS Pudong also offers boarding for High School students (Grades 10-12).
