For the first time, Concord hosted separate celebratory occasions for 6.2 students, in the form of Graduation and the 6.2 Ball.
Students would ordinarily have one key event at the end of the academic year, however were ‘delighted’ to dress-up and celebrate a graduation ceremony in Concord’s Theatre, followed by a ‘guard of honour’ with teachers and support staff lining up near the sports courts as students exited, for an afternoon of further social festivities. Then, on the eve of 14 May, students continued to celebrate their achievements and memories at Concord, attending a highly-decorated 6.2 Ball – the first traditional College Ball held since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.
