Residential Care

Within our boarding houses residential staff (house parents) take responsibility for the welfare of the students. Female staff live in the girls’ accommodation blocks and male staff live in the boys’ accommodation block.

Students receive supervision and guidance each day from their house parent. Each house parent is responsible for the general welfare of a small group of students and this staff member will meet with the students every morning and evening at bedtime. Our younger students must be in their boarding residences by 2130, and our older students (12+) by 2230.

We provide all meals for students – breakfast, lunch and supper. Our dining room has three serving areas and a deli bar offering a wide choice of food at meal times, cold refreshments and a fruit cart are available throughout the day. Packed lunches are provided for excursions as required.

We are able to cater for a variety of specialised dietary needs and any special dietary requirements should be noted on the on-line application form.
