Medical Futures Conference Postponed

Friday March 2, 2018

The Medical Futures Conference that was due to take place at Concord on Saturday 3rd March has been postponed due to the adverse weather conditions and the consequent travel disruption that this has caused. An increasing number of speakers, workshop organisers and university representatives have already contacted the college to say that travel from their region is severely disrupted or simply not possible at all. Trains from Birmingham, Cardiff and Manchester to Shrewsbury are all cancelled today and tomorrow is also doubtful.  Many of those involved are based in London and have no viable route to get to Concord. Concord's Head of Science Barry Brown would like to thank all of you who were due to take part or attend for your support and he is looking to rearrange the conference in the near future. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience that the cancellation has caused. For any further information please contact Barry Brown:
