Hover Buggy Race
Fifteen teams of would-be engineers took part in the competition to design the fastest "Hover Buggy" to be raced along a track in the Sports Hall.

Five talented mathematicians from Concord have been awarded medals in the first round of the British Mathematical Olympiad.

New Year Brings Fifty-two New Students
Term began at Concord on the 5th January, with 52 new students arriving to bring the total number of students at the college to 372. This means that Concord is the biggest it has ever been in its 59 year history.

First Ever Drama Festival
Students of all ages took part in the first-ever drama festival to be held at Concord on Sunday 18th November.
Art Trip to Liverpool
The annual Art Department trip this year was to the Tate and Walker Gallery in Liverpool where the Concord Art students experienced some fantastic art in an exciting city.
Operation Christmas Child
Inspired by a presentation in assembly by Form 3, Concord students dropped off 25 gift filled shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child.
Winter Pimms & Sweet Things!
Two Concord students performed in a Charity Concert held in the theatre at Concord College on Saturday 17th November in Aid of the County Air Ambulance. The evening raised in excess of £7000 for its cause.
Half Term Trip to Belgium
At Half Term a group of over 30 students spent an interesting and educational long weekend in Belgium.
Guy Fawkes Event
On Saturday 3rd November Concord students were treated to a Bonfire Night and (belated) Halloween party and all in aid of a good cause!
