Concord’s library is at the heart of the College. Its 7000 books are just the beginning of what make it so special. There are well over 60 computer stations, a careers library, a music library, a DVD borrowing facility as well as strong academic and fiction sections.
Concord’s Library is designed to a vibrant learning centre in which students can gain access to information and resources in both physical and virtual formats. The College has student subscriptions to a very wide range of academic and current affairs periodicals giving students access to highly relevant and contemporary information in support of their studies.
The highly professional library staff are always looking for ways to support the students in their learning and student suggestions are actively welcomed. There are also facilities for students to request specialist books from a range of libraries in the UK and for these to be made available to them at Concord.
The library is open seven days/week until 10pm (later on a Saturday).
