Coordinators

Here at Concord we take university entry very seriously.  We recognise that any small advantage can make a big difference with so much competition for places at the best institutions.

We have there appointed a number of ‘University Coordinators’ from amongst the staff who have special expertise in their chosen field.  The coordinators take oversight of fields such as: Mathematics, Medicine, Law, Economics, Engineering and Architecture to name a few.  Additional specialist support is also given to students by academic departments and by individual members of staff with specific expertise.

The role of these coordinators is to meet with students applying for such courses and to give guidance on the best courses, the best preparation and the likely grade requirements.  University Co-ordinators will also keep students up-to-date by posting resources on Concord’s VLE and will also seek ways of keeping students fully informed of the options available to them.
